Reputation update.

Eh, not a bad idea. Forum's have always had this rule purely for negative reps for obvious reasons but now this will also make positive rep more meaningful.

That's the idea. I wish for the reputation system to be used to show users who is actually a user that is properly respected on the forum. Rather than have reputations full of blah blah blah. Much cleaner.

hey what about a stratification or something like that.. If you are high rank to have ability to set higher ratings unlike the lower ones.
