Howdy Neighbor

Howdy Neighbor is something new I wanna try. The rules of the game are simple, the person above you is new to the neighborhood and you have to bring one thing to welcome them with, that person then greets their new neighbor with "Howdy Neighbor." Seems simple right? Well, this is where it gets complicated. The new neighbor has to get their feeling of their new gift across only using Howdy Neighbor. For example:

Person 1: *brings gift*
New Neighbor: HOWDY NEIGHBOR

Now as the person who brought the gift your job now is to decipher if your new neighbor likes/dislikes your gift, without directly asking.
