PS3 How to fix ANNOYING ASS ERROR!!!!!!

So, recently over the past few days, for the first time i'v gotten an error i'v never gotten before that says,                                                 "a downloadable content package was removed or all profiles are signed out"

After, NUMEROUS attempts, i finally found one simple solution. 

1. Download & Install this DLC fix(BLUS)

Now, that stupid error shouldn't really pop up. I got the error like 2 games after, but i guess thats because i don't have the DLC installed
