How do I get my server approved? It's simple, contact one of the three administrators and tell them your idea for a server and they will forward it to the other two members and it will be discussed.
What about money? Where does donations go? Here's the tricky part. Money will go solely into the server itself and any left overs will also be handed over to the forum in order to provide more features not only on here but the server money will pay for the hosting and other server features. The creator of the server and an Admin will discuss how payment will be worked out.
This project will be worked hard on by many different users and staff members.
It's a great way to allow the community to really work together to make better things happen. It will show really how strong we are as a forum.
We require lots of teamwork, dedication and lots of contributions. Don't be afraid to post your opposing opinion if you have one against an idea a user / staff member posts, it may turn out better.

We have a lot of work, and I mean a lot of work to do. To begin with we need to set up and customise many different game servers, these servers can be set up by users and by staff members. However if you decide to set up a server you must notify one of the Administrators and then one of us or a staff member will need to be a high up staff member on the server. This is to verify the server is official.
The server, which will be publicly advertised on the forum in it's own page (Will discuss further), will also have it's own forum category for posts. Certain staff members on that forum will have the already implemented MyBB Section moderator position (This is not an official forum sectional moderator position) so please do not confuse these positions.
Users can set up any server they like with the permission of an Administrator. We would like users to have the freedom to be able to customise the servers in ways in which you feel can benefit the server activity and the forum activity.

You may be wanting to know some answers to certain questions. Here's a small Q+A.
How many servers are you planning on setting up? We are planning on perhaps setting up 4 or 5 official main servers, these will be set up on some of the most popular games currently out there.

Each server will receive it's own section on a custom page here on Demonforums. The page will be released hopefully as soon as we get some servers going. The page will include the server IP address, the creator of the server and it's online / user status plus some information about the server. Each server will also be posted on a thread which will include every server with information on it. Anyone who applies for staff on any of these servers will also need to be viewed by a staff member on the forum just for security reasons. Each server will be run through an official demon forums sponsor. We sponsor the server and overall branch out into many different games expanding our community.
