I've jail-broken my iPhone 6S Plus to 9.3.4 and after some time the jailbreak will go away :/

Is there a reason why it does that? It's not a huge deal because I have the Pangu

JB App still on my phone I can open to re-jb it..

Just wondering why/what causes it to go away so I may prevent it lol.

Yes, it's a semi tethered jailbreak.
Whenever your phone turns off ( not resprings) you'll get this issue
