Has anyone done Far Harbor?

Heyheyhey, I just started Far Harbor and I'd like to know about the factions. Am I obligated to side with either Kusumi or DiMA? Or can I be with both? I personally find them both intriguing and I don't want to go against neither. 

Please limit the spoilers, I'm only at the part where I have to infiltrate the Children of Atom.
