What is your opinion on cheaters?

I despise them. I finally got 10 comp wins on my alt, and was ranked GN3. I went to eat dinner, and when I came back, it said that I played with cheaters in some of my competitive games. I checked my wins, I was down to 7. Really sucks because I'll probably get another cooldown tonight after playing one or two games.
