Reputation; what you're not allowed to do.

I've had it up to here with reputation abuse. Does no one read the help documents?

• Claiming one to be a scammer must be accompanied with proof.
  
• Adding the same -/+ reputation to the same user over and over. (You can only add one -/+ reputation per user.)
