Found Large Exploit

Some kid just paid me to remove parental controls on his Mac, and within 10 minutes I found an exploit that let me demote his Dad's account on the computer and create a new admin account with global access to the parental controls, so I deleted his Dad's account and removed the restrictions and promoted his account.
