So my desktop can connect to wifi while at 3 bars but i dis connect 1-5 mins later then have to reconnect and sometime doesn't even connect BUT i can connect to both my laptops and my ps4 and they are even father way from my router HELP

You should be wired to your router/modem if you're on a desktop.

hey, in most cases it has something to do with the cable connected to the modem for example a cat 5 or cat 6 majority of the time the cable is either loose or bent if you replace that cable connecting to your modem with a stronger one like a cat 6 it will not drop anymore. also depends if your set-up supports dual band etc.
