Hi peeps, I recently just got a phone of a guy on a market but it's blacklisted/blocked and apparently there's no way to change the imei number. Can I do this online or is this just impossible to do?
I dnt really want to spend a lot of money on it as I've just waisted enough on the stupid phone. Yes I am a dumbass I know.
Please if anyone knows any info please help.

If that's not what you meant by locked, my bad.
LF Friends to play pc games with. I have: BF3, BF4, Watch Dogs, & GTA IV.
I have a few more games, but none that are multiplayer.
