Currency Exchange?

Hey df I am in need of BTC so I can purchase some products and I was wondering if it would be allowed on this forums to discuss the exchange of Bitcoin whether it be with PayPal, Pre-paid cards, Gift cards etc.  If not I guess I will be looking for another way to earn BTC.  Note: I only need $7 so it's not like I am making a business/marketplace thread.

There should be a site for this..... i tried to buy a tool from someone once and they only took bitcoin..... i had to pay a friends paypal for my friend to pay his bitcoin
